Returns
Our greatest wish is, of course, that you are completely satisfied with your Art Decoris product. If, unfortunately, this is not the case and you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a voucher, another product, or a refund.
You can return your product to Art Decoris in the following ways:
- Notify our customer service via “Contact” through phone, chat, or email that you wish to return one or more items. You will then receive a return shipping label from us.
- Print the return shipping label that you receive via email.
- Send all items back to us using the provided label.
The shipping costs for returning unwanted products are at your own expense. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
Important to Know Before Returning a Product:
- Return the item undamaged and, where possible, in the original packaging. You may inspect and handle our products at home (as you would in a store), but then return and pack them neatly as you received them. We may charge for any reduction in value resulting from using the item in a way other than what is allowed in a store.
- Art Decoris will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received the return request. The condition is that Art Decoris has received the product, or you can prove that the products have been sent back to us.
- We will refund you in the same manner as the payment was made, unless you choose another product or a voucher.
Please Note the Following Exceptions to Our Return and Refund Policy:
- Products made by Art Decoris according to your specific wishes as a customer. This applies to custom-made products.
- Returned items must still have the original labels.
- Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
